• The ink needs to be shaken thoroughly before each use. If liquid chalk is left for too long, the pigment particles will sink to the bottom. Writing directly with it will result in uneven ink flow, high water content, and almost colorless ink.

1. If you find that the ink flow of liquid chalk is uneven after being left for a long time, each pen body is equipped with a steel ball. Please try to shake the pen body first to let the steel ball stir the ink fully, and then try to write for a while. Repeat the above steps several times to restore the uniform ink flow.

2. If the pen tip is dry and causes the pen tip to be blocked and the ink flow is uneven, try putting the pen tip in water for about 5 seconds, wet the pen tip, and then try to write for a while, repeat the above steps several times, and the normal ink flow can be restored.
